JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Project Manager will handle all aspects of technical project lifecycles including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change management. Additional responsibilities include developing project resource plans and status reports, provide first-level support for desktop hardware and software issues, and support technical asset inventory management. The Junior Project Manager will work directly with customers, vendors, and implementation partners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage IT projects and project segments by specified objectives within specified resources
2. Direct and monitor the requirements, framework conditions and progress of IT projects
3. Ensure development of products and services to customer requirements
4. Act as liaison and interface to different business units
5. Prepare ongoing daily, weekly and monthly project status reports and schedules
6. Provide technical hardware and software support for desktop PCs and printers
7. Provide supplemental IT related customer technical support when assigned
8. Support asset inventory tracking, including software licenses, computers, printers and other equipment
9. Support the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of new technologies
10. Manage communication related to development projects and tickets to end-users and setting expectations
11. Work with end users to analyze the urgency of requests
12. Manage and/or perform use case testing
REQUIREMENTS
1. Project Management experience
2. Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics or similar area
3. Proficient in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Mail/Outlook/Exchange
4. Must be flexible, able to pay excellent attention to detail and work under pressure during periods of peak work volume
5. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
6. Strong time management, organization, communication and presentation skills
7. Consistently meet documented deadlines and objectives
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize work
