VP, Product – building the highly scalable web based system from the ground up.

  • Design clean, elegant, and sophisticated product solutions to some of the world’s toughest health care problems.
  • As the “business” owner of the multiple agile development teams, ensure that each team is optimized and achieves business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop best-in-class product managers
  • Stay on top of all relevant health management and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings
  • Oversee the ultimate user-experience and design of all product features, in collaboration with the Experience Design team
  • Help define the product direction and all associated planning, updates, communication, and commitments for your respective product development team(s)
  • Gather and prioritize user feedback.
  • Validate ideas through testing and prototyping


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a consumer facing, software product management role.
  • Strong portfolio of software design and shipping products.
  • Leading through fast-paced, high-growth, and uncertain environments.
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces, including the ability to create examples through wire frames, mock-ups and prototypes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, top-tier university strongly preferred, M.B.A. nice-to-have, as is a focus in Computer Science
  • Understanding of gaming, social networking, and platform technologies.
  • Lead the concept creation, technical development, and launch of consumer facing products
  • Ability to clearly define and articulate methods for quantifying success (or failure) of product features
  • Experience building the front-end of websites.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics, user experience and design to ensure product features drive high adoption and customer delight
