Our client is currently look for a Reporting/Data Analyst that will identify business intelligence, reporting and data analysis needs. They are a fast growing local company that has revolutionized the way that patient care is delivered.  They improve care to the patient as well as help maximize the revenue negotiating the healthcare reimbursement maze. This role is responsible for creating the reporting and analytics to support actionable data to the decision makers. The Reporting Analyst will collaborate with business partners across the organization to collect requirements and identify the key performance indicators necessary to create meaningful data visualizations that the business partners can leverage to make the most informed decision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinates with business partners to develop business requirements and specifications documents.
  • Develops standard reports and functional dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Develops demand forecasts.
  • Designs organization-wide views and custom reports.
  • Interprets business requirements and determines optimum Business Intelligence solutions to meet needs.
  • Researches business problems and creates models that help analyze these business problems.
  • Develops best practices for report deployments.
  • Performs testing to insure reports accurately reflect the source data.
  • Interfaces with vendors to keep abreast of new technologies, pricing and customer applicability.
  • Designs and delivers end-user training and training materials.
  • Trains users to transform data into action-oriented information and to use that information correctly.
