Director of Sales- Staffing/RPO/ Executive Search

100% Remote

Capital TechSearch has been connecting great tech companies with great candidates for over 20 years. We’re currently looking to add a sales leader to our growing executive team. We are looking for someone who comes with a growth mentality that is not only looking to grow new and existing businesses but build out a sales team within our organization. Over the years, we have built out multiple technology and software sales teams.

What will make you successful?

  • Ability to discover new sales opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Experience in RPO, staffing, or other service-oriented sales, especially within the IT industry is highly preferred
  • Sales experience in a complex business environment, ideally including selling services to the C-Suite/executive level
  • Develop market strategies with the executive team to grow your book of business
  • Experience selling to small and midsize businesses (SMB)
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
  • Experience working with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to support their portfolio companies is an added bonus
