David Ingram, President and CEO
Capital TechSearch, Inc. was founded by President and CEO David Ingram.
David has an extensive background in technical sales and sales management and is positioned to understand both the employer’s and the career seeker’s perspective. David has served in many levels of sales and management positions with such well-known companies as Kana Communications (NASD: KANA), Noochee Solutions, Parametric Technology (NASD: PMTC), and Lanier Worldwide. David has built, managed and grown Mid-Atlantic and nationwide commercial and federal software sales organizations, and understands all the nuances of being a hiring manager and working with external recruiting firms. David graduated from Hampden-Sydney College and is a native of the Northern Virginia area. He lives in Richmond with his wife, twin sons, daughter and Yellow Lab.
Barthe van Doorn, General Manager
Barthe is responsible for consistently delighted customers, program oversight and management, successful performance and growth of the DC business unit.
Barthe has over 20 years of executive, staffing, delivery, sales, program management and solutions experience and successfully delivers projects and programs in Cybersecurity, Healthcare IT, Government and Technology sectors. Barthe has held leadership positions at Robbins-Gioia, PSINet (NASDAQ: PSIX), and Metamore Worldwide (NASDAQ: MMWW).
Barthe is an ACT/IAC Fellow. He holds a B.S. degree in Physics/Engineering from Washington & Lee University. Barthe lives in Ashburn, VA with his wife, three sons, and daughter.
Jenny Munro, Director – Strategic Recruiting
Jenny joined the team at Capital TechSearch at the beginning of 2017 and currently serves as the Director – Strategic Recruiting. Jenny comes with ten years of business development experience with over five years of technical recruiting experience. She is recognized in Virginia and beyond as a highly skilled technical recruiter. Her success is based on her demonstrated ability to foster strong working relationships with her clients, in-depth knowledge of her client’s unique business needs, and her exemplary customer service skills. Prior to recruiting, Jenny worked in management for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In this role, Jenny directed the operations of multiple branch locations, hired and trained all levels of staff and was actively involved in strategic planning and sales and marketing. Jenny obtained a B.A. in Sociology from Concord University where she was a member of the Women’s Soccer and Tennis team and was a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority, Beta Pi Chapter. Jenny currently lives in Hanover County with her husband John and two young daughters.
Doug Bryant, Director – Cyber Security Client Solutions
Doug joined Capital TechSearch in 2018. He is an experienced Recruiting Professional with over 20 years invested in helping IT professionals discover their own potential.
I have worked with some of the largest organizations in the world, and with consultants at the top of their respective fields.
Doug’s specialties include: Cyber Security, DevSecOps, DevOps, Network Architecture, Information Assurance, Database/Data warehouse development, Web Application development, QA, Project Management and more.
Kay has a career focus on talent acquisition, contingent labor and workforce solutions through recruiting, business development, and client and team management. She successfully develops and manages client partnerships, implementing solutions that exceed talent acquisition goals and implement innovative workforce management practices for business growth. She loves learning about organizations and collaborating with hiring managers to build dynamic teams. Kay is a Richmond native who graduated from Virginia Tech. She lives in Richmond with her two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
