Sales Ops (100% Remote)

We are building our SalesOps to support and enable our continued growth. We help our clients scale their revenue, market share, margins, and bottom-line profit with innovative custom software solutions.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations:

  • Collaborate on refining sales process and methodology (from lead to healthy client life cycle)
  • Support execution as well as administrative aspects of the processes
  • Sales Pipeline Tracking
  • Opportunity Evaluation

Sales Enablement:

  • Collateral creation for existing solutions (case studies, product highlights, product demos)
  • Support ideation of new solution opportunities
  • Agreement Framework Standardization
  • Proposal Templates
  • SOW Review/Approval
  • Prioritize and support sales preparation activities
  • Catalog existing solutions (categorization, attribution)
  • Become a SME on products, tools, and implementations
  • Participate in sales activities

RevOps/Revenue Operations:

  • Invoicing Activities
  • Account Review Mechanisms
  • Client Business Reviews

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Client/community-facing presentation and communication
  • Project management (internal, vs client delivery)
  • Analyze data re: activities and trends
  • Evaluation of requirements against existing solutions (including gap analysis)
  • Tools for analysis, reporting, collaboration, content, and enablement

Valuable:

  • Sales CRM Tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Software development life cycle
  • General software integration methods and ecosystems
  • Data structures
