Capital TechSearch is currently hiring a Regional Director in the DC area to join our client, who is a leader in commercial abatement and demolition. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the space and is looking to come with a strong leadership background. 

About the role:

• Experience running a branch of Project Managers, Estimators, and Operations.
• Strong experience in Abatement and Demolition.
• Ability to grow the client's current projects and add new greenfield projects.
• Experience in commercial, government, and healthcare. 
• Come with a great attitude daily and be a team player!
• This role will be onsite with limited travel to projects around the surrounding area.
