Capital TechSearch is seeking Lead Software Engineer for commercial software firm. Lead the technical direction for a team delivering modern cloud enterprise software products for commercial organizations. Stack: React, NestJS / Node.js, TypeScript / JavaScript, AWS, kubernetes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a software engineering team designing and implementing key features in enterprise applications
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code while promoting best software development practices and embracing emerging standards
• Provide code review for your team of experienced developers
• CI/CD
• Manage your own time, and work well as part of the team

Skills and Experiences:

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Full stack software engineer – polyglot
• React, NestJS, Node.js TypeScript/JavaScript
• Microservices / RESTful APIs
• Cloud, especially AWS
• Open source development experience in the delivery of commercial grade products is a plus
• Experience working with local and remote development teams
• Passion for learning and applying new technologies
