In this role, you will take existing systems and workflows that are currently handled manually and transform them into streamlined, digital solutions. What You’ll Do

Review current paper-based systems and day-to-day workflows to understand how they function.

Identify areas where technology can replace manual steps and reduce repetitive work.

Create and implement easy-to-use automated solutions that make processes faster and more reliable.

Work with different teams to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet real business needs.

Provide support and training so employees can adapt quickly to new tools and systems.

Monitor and adjust solutions over time to keep them running smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For

Experience with process improvement, IT support, or automation (formal or hands-on).

Comfortable using software tools, scripting, or automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, or similar).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down processes into clear steps.

Good communication skills — able to explain technical solutions in simple, practical terms.

A self-starter who enjoys learning new tools and finding better ways to get things done.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, AWS, or Google Workspace).
