We use a unique, two-part methodology when matching candidates to positions for our clients.
Component #1 – Unbiased Bios
When first approaching a new candidate, we implement what’s called an “unbiased bio”. In other words, we try to get to know our candidate BEFORE they actually need a job. This allows us to only approach candidates with new jobs that fit their individual skill sets and career goals.
Component #2 – Contract Employee Relationship Program
Even after placing a highly skilled and qualified IT professional in a new, rewarding contract position, our job is not done.
For the entire duration of the contract, we continue the communication between all parties to ensure a quality contract worker experience for everyone involved. In fact, we call each contract employee every week of their employment – plus take them out to lunch once a month. This extra attention to detail is why 86% of contract-to-hire candidates lead to full-time, permanent positions.
