Capital TechSearch employs our patent-pending, Recruiting and Delivery Process to more thoroughly screen our candidates, saving our clients both time and money.

Our process begins with the client. We strive to understand all aspects of the position. We aim to gain a keen knowledge of the client’s technical environment, as well as learn what characteristics the client values in a top tier candidate.

We then create a specific sourcing strategy, using the industry’s best tools to identify, track, and help our clients hire the best talent available. With our extensive experience as hiring managers, we add value by conducting a thorough pre-screening, which includes three technical professional references, multiple face-to-face interviews with each candidate, and a high level technical screening – all in an effort to provide not only the best technical skill fit, but also the best soft skill fit. We also provide other pre-employment screening, upon request, such as skill testing, drug screening, criminal background investigation, education, certification, and employment verification. Only when we have sourced, screened and identified our two to three best candidates do we send resumes to our clients for review.

Our job doesn’t end here. Once our client has identified the candidate that best fits with the organization, we are well equipped to help with all phases of the process, from offer to acceptance and start.
