Our client, in the healthcare data analytics space, is seeking a Senior Support Engineer. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting a complex .Net/SQL server product that is utilized by external clients.

  • Provide accurate, thorough, and timely technical support on .Net and SQL server based software
  • Be able to troubleshoot complex, technical issues with a web based product
  • Good understanding of databases and how to troubleshoot performance or production issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of software and related business functions
  • Perform functional testing when necessary


  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support or related customer service experience
  • Experience with Visual Studio .NET (C# and/or Visual Basic)
